A unique concept buffet designed with the idea of guests mingling throughout the entire event and dining at their leisure while having three hours of continuous butlered hors d'oeurves. Below is example of suggested items on the buffet, but these can be revised to suit your own needs.

~An elaborate display table of cascading strawberries, fresh fruits and assorted cheeses, California & smoked salmon rolls, grilled Italian vegetable tray, Italian Tower (fresh buffalo mozzarella, roasted peppers, bruschetta with crustini), poached Atlantic salmon with dill sauce, assorted croissants and brioche rolls filled with eye round, turkey breast, and chicken Waldorf salad, assorted sauce on the side. Bordering this elegant display are array of mini fruit tarts, eclairs, cannolis, chocolate hi hats, petite four and assorted home baked cookies.
